❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 I remember her in 2007 together with Eng. Giselle in project called Kabuga Hill side Estate executed by Real Cons. that time she was very cooperative and so calm ever and very Understanding than other Engineers ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
In Rwanda, even brokers often call themselves engineers or doctors, and journalists are considered professionals. It's difficult to distinguish between different careers and professions.
I need the contact of her office so they can help me work on the green energy and the design to collect rain water and treat the water to be used please connect me with her thanks
OK congratulations to her but I still don't get anything from this interview...is she the one who designed the building or what ?? what was her role ? because i am still confused..
You have to read the article on the New Times website. She was the Project Manager during construction, meaning she was coordinating the work of the various construction teams, architects, vendors, etc.. She didn't have anything to do with the design or even planning of the project.
@@emmanuelbyiringiro7207 hahaha. I guess directing the project is still quite laudable. it's just if you watch the interview before you know anything, you would think she is the designer with the word "engineer maestro" in the title
Absolutely not. She doesn't create any sketches or structural designs. Architects and contractors are not mentioned here, but supervisors on the client's side are. You're exaggerating her role as the engineering mastermind behind a landmark building. We clearly have a lot to learn about these matters.
@@alan.imangue "Following up on the project." From my understanding, unlike what the title suggests, she served as a liaison between the company (the customer) and the contractors (the real masterminds).
So sad as soon as an African is up, here comme someone to put her down, shame on u! Did she said she design or was a contractor nope…. If u listen she was in the project management team.
It's psychologically damaging and/or more demanding to be in any position if you are extremely outnumbered in a field including work, study etc. either by age, gender or race/ethnicity. You won't know unless you are in that position. It's not just about pass or fail. Or doing the job. Socio-cultural factors plays a big role in life choices/results.
you could have mentioned before hahhahhh. she is nothing to that project it was as if she was a supervisor who has no idea what architecture or designing means. she was just there to eat money hahhhhhh
