Chef Rishim is an award-winning chef that has previously worked at leading restaurants across London and India including The Fat Duck, Chiltern Firehouse, and The Dairy amongst others. Rishim’s time at The Fat Duck inspired his technique-driven approach to his food. Combined with the simplicity and restraint he learned working for Robin Gill, his food is un-fussy, and really heroes the excellent produce he loves to work with. In 2019, he launched 'Tendril', with a series of sell-out pop-ups around London.
