I agree. Harvard and the media is putting this 'label' on her and it draws too much unwanted criticism. Sabrina seems extremely modest and passionate in what she's doing, and she seemed to have never had dubbed herself Einstein, doing so I feel like would be very disrespectful to the likes of Einstein, Newton and herself too. That being said, she is exceptional, passionate, and very modest. An extremely talented and hard-working woman.
I feel like the parents are not getting enough credit here. The only reason why she became like this is most likely because here parents were supporting and teaching in the right way. She is the example of what a lot of people can be with the right parenting. After that she was able to develop like crazy.

To attribute all her success to parenting is to disrespect her. Most people couldn’t do what she has, even with the most supportive parents in the world. In particular, since intelligence is genetic, your children will never achieve what she has.
She didn’t make the plane by herself. She made it with her dad. He worked on it a lot with her and is very good mechanical work. Also, the plane she built was built from a complete plane building kit that she bought online and, according to her dad, she got a lot of help from people who had built this exact plane. Not saying this isn’t impressive, but they make it seem like a little kid thought up a design herself, designed the engine, sourced the materials, cut and molded them to shape and built a plane with her own 2 hands. That’s not the case at all. She and her dad admit this in other interviews. They also admit that she had no extracurricular activities or friends and building this plane was what she spent 100% of her free-time doing. Again, not saying that this isn’t impressive, but this was done with a lot of focus , time and help. Knowing that can motivate other kids to do similar things. Making it seem like she’s a super genius who built this by herself with no help, while being involved in lots of other extracurriculars makes it seem like she is a super hero who did something no other kid could accomplish.
You sound a little jealous... Her focus is Physics - the papers that were sited by Hawking, were not written by her parents.. Sabrina, in her own right, is a genious!

Ok, let's agree with what you said. Einstein couldn't do math very well and once he even stated that he needed Mileva Maric ( his first wife) because she helped with his math... Physics is like a sweet vision quest, you don't necessarily need math to come up with something truly beautiful. Especially, now a days, you have internet communities if you're in need of help. As of her, she has enough Mathematicians at her end. For math of General Relativity, Einstein himself approached Mathematicians for many things. So, she's still good even if she isn't good at math (Which isn't true)

I know because I had neighbors and even family members that had build motorcycles, cars and boats almost from scratch. It does not take a genius brain thou. Just mare necesity sometimes lol
