I always found this scene interesting. You can kinda tell that Sheree was originally supposed to be THAT GIRL of the RHOA franchise. She was acting high and mighty and putting on a front for the cameras. Meanwhile, Nene and (to a degree) Kim were being themselves and were overall more fun and relatable. Those two became the faces of RHOA (Nene especially) and Sheree ended up being just another face on the show. She basically blew what should’ve been a great opportunity for herself by acting like somebody she was not

I think she genuinely felt this way she just mismanaged her money not realizing her ex husbands bag was no longer hers. This scene is so embarrassing to watch now considering how bad she was fumbling to get Château Sheree together. An important lesson is to remain humble or be forced to.
My cousin worked for Neiman Marcus in Atlanta during the first and second seasons of the show. She told me that Sheree was notorious for coming into the store and buying items on camera for the show and then returning them back to the store a few days later for a refund. I believe Marlo spoke about it during one of their fights years ago.

Tbh it’s the way it was edited. I rewatched this episode and Lawrence didn’t go to her house to do her hair. She always went to him even during season 1. Everything else was a set up though. Why did she even have a PA?
I think Sheree would have turned out so much better had she been humble from the beginning. I think Nene was very humble & real in the beginning and she was rewarded for it. Can't speak much for her attitude today. I think Sheree still somewhat carries this nasty attitude even after all she's been through and that's the sad part.

Thank you. I do NoT begrudge an opulent lifestyle especially when they're black. I actually liked Kim more in the beginning because she seemed to be living that life. It wasn't morally right but the sugar daddy and not having to work was fun. Like the Julia Roberts movie
I feel sad for Sheree because I feel like she did not have REAL friends by her side to tell her what the reality was. She was quite delusional then, trying to reach to a certain level of wealth which she inherently could not afford.

I don't really understand why some people like Sheree here get so bogged down in trying to look rich. Who is going to care what you're wearing when you grocery shop or driving to the dentist? Even if someone pulled up to the club in a tricked out car... I don't get people who are impressed by that. So what, they make a lot of money. But do they have any intellect? Are they smart? Funny? Charismatic? Empathetic, generous? Do they even have the money to afford it or are they trying desperately to keep up? See, if anything I find them very frivolous people. Save up that money to go on nice vacations or pay for college, donate it to charities, animal shelters. It seems sinful to constantly buy very expensive luxury items when so many people are just struggling to beg for money to buy a hamburger at McDonald's
Also, I must say being fashionable and chic does not have anything to do with price. The most stylish people in my opinion are those who carefully buy cast offs and thrifted items, sew clothing themselves, or are extra knowledgeable about combining this fabric with that fabric.

Some people buy expensive items as an investment, so they sell it when cash is needed... personally, I would prefer to invest in stocks and bonds, fixer uppers and scholarships...they payoff in the long run$$$
