She’s so far on the cast for the movie along with Iroh but they could remove her and if they do I would honestly never forgive them for that. I mean tbh the woman in the green dress behind Aang in that Kora flashback from season 1 could be Suki because it does look like her, just without makeup and we’ve seen her in a bun before.

I have always felt that katara was overreacting a bit because she thinks that she has the worst backstory with her mom dead and all but when you realize that zuko has very bad family problems and that sokka has the same mom and that aang saw his nation dead on the floor ect than it seems like she is underestimating the other’s problems and overestimating her own

Aang never had a mother himself so he simply can't relate to Katara's pain. He was completely wrong about trying to lecture her about what she should do.
