I'm waiting for the day that the spray gun has a laser pointer that lets you know the center of where it will spray. That's probably a pip dream, though.
I didn't have a screw holding my air passageway in. Mind popped right off completely with the plastic cap and all. It has already broken and I had to replace it. That happened the second time I cleaned my gun.
We have changed the design since we first brought out the 7500 spray gun. The new 7700 is much different. I'm not sure what part you have broken, but if you give customer service a call we can take care of it for you.
A lot of information and disinformation about spraying the 2k waterborne Italian finishes with HLVP systems. Your 5 stage system will handle these products ok? Not that you can speak of every product out there, but waterborne in general? Thanks
Yes, they work great for spraying automotive paint, in fact we have developed special size needles and nozzles for spraying all the varieties of paints you may come across. Email us direct for customized assistance.
Look nice but for when you have to do one job and stop and go to the next one or if you need to spray different colors one after the other one.The gun has to many part to take out and clean.
@@ryanmoore3123 every other gun on the market has way less "critical" parts then this one. It really is annoying but frankly, it does spray better then most other turbine guns (at least the ones I have tried)
Yes, it has a 100% duty cycle, which means it's running all the time you are spraying. What you need to keep in mind is that during this video the system was located about 8' from the demonstration. During normal operating conditions the sprayer would be located as far away from the spraying area as possible. We provide anywhere from 25' to 32' of air hose, so the noise is not really that bad. You don't want to buy systems that have noise reduction as they often do this at the expense of the motor, so while they may be quieter they burn up motors faster since they run much hotter.
@@brownpride5125 This is different than a standard compressor and the motor is designed to run as much as you are painting. We have a feature that is built into some of our systems that allows the unit to slow down to 2PSI while not being used. This makes the unit much quieter without detriment to the motor. Yes, you can paint a car. We have a range of tips starting at 0.5mm all the way up to 2.5mm.
