Another great video. Particularly interesting how Stuart has identified an opportunity in these old banks coming to market and is striking while the iron is hot! I'm sure they won't be around for long. Also how he is structuring his deals with investors, love that detail and would be interested to hear more at some point. Cheers

He has the knowledge and the team to do all the heavy lifting, planning down to the painters, the investors will do due diligence on him and will happily put money in!

4-5% exit yield on the commercial in twickenham in this market. Literally no chance. Always be wary of someone who is so optimistic with their assumptions.

Everytime you do a video, I notice you ask the same question "what would you tell a guy who's 19 or 20 years old?".... Your video in Dubai was the same thing. Great videos but there's people all ages watching.
