People pay for others condensed knowledge - it's convenient and saves time. I'd rather pay for a mastermind and get to work than research on the internet for months and lose interest

Hi, I'm confused, at 5:00 you said 'sellers can earn 50% on income that they generate...so, on a 2 million pound property they can earn £25,000 personal commission...' that doesn't seem to be fifty percent, unless you misspoke or i misunderstood....?
50% of the gross fee income If they charge the client a 2.5% broker fee They will take 50% of that As opposed to traditional agencies that pay their agents 5-15%

I mean... Yeah sure, you haven't said anything new. Me and my friend were talking about how CEOs aren't really greedy, they're there to generate wealth to make sure the company stays afloat, and they can only do that if they provide a valuable product, so in reality, consumers are greedy and they vote with their wallets. Why do you think a company that provides a a great product but doesn't make money will never be invested in? Because investors wont get their money back. If investors (either public or private) don't make money out of it, they'll never invest in it. CEOs arent at fault, consumers are, but it's easier to blame the rich, right?
@@alexdragoneyejkji5294 some are cruel because consumers (private investors and general public) are greedy, and they have impossible targets to meet, so they disregard even human life to achieve those numbers, don't put your money in these companies, don't buy their products and expose them so others do the same.
Tbh when the sun is out it is genuinely lush here, but ONLY when our weather is good, super drab and miserable otherwise. But I can get behind his statement
