Laura i have to thank you for this my grandmother has MS and i just sent Nicoles article to my pawpaw so my grandmother could read it my grandmother hurt her back a few years ago because she fell in the shower do to her MS i was spending the weekend with her too and an ambulance had to come get her and take her to the hospital

I watched this yesterday on fb watch.. it was so wild. I was preppin' to go out on my deck and absorb some vd and exactly when she was talkin' about it I had just sat down in the sun. Im in fishtown/northern liberties in philly and im trapped in a box. I mean Im grateful but I find it hard to be alone all the time but I self isolate normally as an introvert. I think maybe its the fear that makes it harder. I appreciate all the encouragement. Maybe Ill say hi to my neighbors I see when I step out. Bless y'all's sweet hearts!!

I really want to get your book and try to get on board with the way you eat. I’ve had the same problems for years and it’s sooo hard to change your lifestyle after 39 years. This is a very good video. I have been thinking about ordering her book. I love elderberry, and I make my own syrup. I am fortunate not to live in a big city right now. So we are not as confined as New York City. A lot of this is basically going back to want our grandparents, basically grandmothers did. My mom stocked up a lot when there were sales, which I do myself. I do also want to say that by what she stated talking about gratitude she lives by law of attraction. I wish I could make some people understand law of attraction better instead of being in such a state of fear. But we all learn by experience not words. Thank you for sharing, I have made up my mind to order her book. I already ordered yours but I guess it is coming late. Lots of love to and yours!!❤️🌹

Love that you like mushrooms! Have you tried Lions Mane mushrooms?? They're a great substitute for seafood/chicken/pork and it freezes well. There's also studies showing it could have neuroregenerative properties.
