I really don't know why RU-vid recommended me your channel, but I think I'm here to stay. You seem very charming, natural and knowledgeable and the reptiles and other kinds of animals are just stunning and interesting. Edit 1: And I guess I found one of the friendliest communities on RU-vid, thank you for the nice words! Edit 2: There's no chance I could get a reptile as a pet for different personal reasons, but I watched a couple of their videos already, which are really entertaining and educational and that's partly why I decided to stay here.

Emily! Pothos are super easy to propagate! Buy one and you can make a hundred lol just cut off a segment of the stem with a couple of leaves on it and put the cut end in water! You should see roots growing from it in the next few weeks.
@dustyzoiveon6161

And in my experience, ones grown in water tend to grow much quicker too! (ESPECIALLY if said water is a fishtank - water's constantly fresh and full of nutrients from the fish food and poop!) She does have plenty of aquatic tanks so I think it'd be a good way to have an endless pothos supply - just root for a week or two and stick em in the tank! (Leaves above water though of course ;P )

Emily!! If you want a super-long pothos you should start growing stems of them in your fishtanks!! In my experience they grow SUPER quick if they're grown in a tank -- like, UNMANAGEABLY quick. I plopped a single stem in mine and within six months it had taken over the entire rim of the 75-gal tank WITH it dangling down everywhere, even after me snipping it in half about a dozen times to try and keep it under control! (Which admittedly didn't help the overgrowth lol, more stems just kept growing back quicker and fuller to compensate for what I took off XD) Just be sure to keep the leaves out of the water so the aquarium critters don't get nippy with them.

I love you guys so, so, so, so, much! I would like to just say that I got very distracted by all the quick zooming in and out on Emily, and it started to hurt my eyes a little. Other than that, another great and educational video ❤❤❤❤❤

I had a dream last night that I worked for y’all at the Snaks Discovery facility! I was checking on the bullsnakes and they were extremely sassy and tried to bite me! 😂

I love watching your videos, I used to watch your videos on how to properly handle, take care of, and how to treat your snake. I used your videos as refrences to taking care of my snake and now I would love to take care of some monkey tailed skinks too

I love skinks in general but I think I have a new favourite... They are lovely little critters!

So quick question. Since it's tail is prehensile does this mean that it cannot lose a segment of tail like many other lizards? Or do none of the skinks have this ability?

monkey tails lack the ability to drop their tails

Hi! Mike 3.0 from Outback Reptiles here!Importation of animals out of the Solomon Islands just got banned about a month ago or so from what we were told. Which means wild caught Monkey Tail Skinks will soon be unavailable. So if you are looking to get one you might only be able to find Captive bred ones around unless someone is selling their long term captive monkey tail skink! Hope this helps in some way!

They said theirs are wild caught though they didn’t want to go that route it was the only option they could find. They fully intend to captive breed most of their animals that are under pressure in the wild.

You should make a giant board with all your feathers on it and under each feather is information on each bird or it could be a challenge to see who can name the most birds
