NivalishePad Initiative is a women-led Community-Based Organization located in Mukuru Kwa Njenga. It advocates for the advancement of sexual and reproductive health rights, mental health, research, and policy advocacy, focusing on adolescents and youth. The organization's mission is to promote reproductive health and rights through community-centered planning and engagement. Key initiatives include the MHM Matters, Period! advocacy campaign, economic empowerment programs for young mothers, mentorship and leadership for adolescent girls, and a pad drive initiative providing menstrual products to schoolgirls.

The Imarisha Dada project addresses the high rates of teenage pregnancies and gender-based violence (GBV) in Mukuru kwa Njenga, with a 28% prevalence of teen pregnancies in Embakasi South. The project aims to empower young women economically through entrepreneurship training, integrated with digital marketing and artificial intelligence. This will create sustainable income streams, reduce early marriages, and promote financial independence. Consultation is needed to design the socio-economic empowerment project to meet participant needs and for curriculum development tailored to AI and digital marketing.
