Wars have occurred throughout history, so i don't understand why predicting huge wars in the future is particularly special. We live in a world of constant technological progress, so if someone makes an outlandish claim about some animal hybrid right now in the present, that doesn't mean it won't ever exist in the future by virtue of science. This is just like Alex Jones. he made outlandish claims about animal hybrids before science caught up with his claims. Just because science has finally caught up with it, doesn't validate his claims in the past. Alex Jones himself claimed that he made this claim more than a decade ago, far before the science had caught up with his claim. When the science finally catches up with him, does that mean he was right ten years ago? I don't think so, So he was effectively wrong when he made the claim. Worse yet, the way he framed it, was as if the "chimeras" would be half human, half animal, which is proven to be complete bollocks. They are barely able to integrate 1/100,000 of the DNA from one species into a closely related species. This if anything should prove that he's wrong even to this day, even while the science is catching up with him!
