Tip 1. Add semolina for crispness Tip 2. Leveling with knife Tip 3. Shopping bag for not getting stick. Tip 4. Rather then having cutters you can use normal cap of any bottle. Tip 5. Normal size tikki not big or small. Tip6. Leveling through roller Tip 7. Elachi powder added or instead coconut powder. Tip 8. Low medium flame rather then high flame cuz sooji has to get fried slowly. Due to high Flame the tiki gets cracked. Tip 9. Take out the tiki on baking rack or basket . Tip 10. Usage of ghee rather then oil for softness .
