Meeting our dog after a long vacation 

It was September when we needed to fly to another country so we packed a ton of food and left our beloved dog at the pet hotel. It was the longest separation from our giant Schnauzer and the most emotionally challenging. One month later it was a day to meet after one month of separation and take our doggy back home!
I was extremely nervous to see my boy after one month of separation. Aside from his anxiety about meeting us, he was totally fine. He ate well, and played, and I am extremely grateful for the pet hotel we found, particularly for their concept of open spaces instead of traditional cells.
