The moment Duncan realized he was singing to the wrong baby was the funniest moment and just what I needed to pause the STREAM OF TEARS! These Ballinger kids are so adorable and pure humans. I hope they stay this way forever.

Oh my goodness! My heart nearly burst with happiness to see NINE Ballinger/Stocklin kiddos! The amount of amazingness in each kid is just amplified so much when they are all together! As an italian I've loved seeing you try our typical christmas sweets! just to correct you a little, the second thing you tried is actually called "pandoro", ricetta means recipe ;) Fun fact, in Italy we have our own way of putting the powdered sugar on the pandoro. We open the plastic bag and pour the sugar in, then we pinch the bag closed and shake it hard, so that the sugar coats all of the pandoro. Kids especially love this part!. Another fun thing, in Italy there's a sort of "war" between pandoro and panettone, they are both very popular but a lot of people hate the raisins and the candied fruit (the "canditi") in the panettone and so they root for pandoro. Usually kids prefer the pandoro for this reason. As we're from Verona, of course we're gonna go for the pandoro. As for christmas traditions, they vary throughout the country. I'd love to talk to you about something that we have in my city, Verona (and generally in the north of Italy, but not everywhere). It's not really a christmas tradition, but it happens in the month of december. It is the tradition of "Santa Lucia". She was a christian martyr in the time of the christian persecution, she is celebrated on the night between the 12th and 13th of december. During the night Santa Lucia comes to every house to deliver presents, with the company of her donkey and of a man (called "Castaldo"). Children use to leave drinks and food on the table for them to eat, and also a carrot for the donkey. Her story is very sad if you want to look it up, but she brings a lot of joy and magic to children, who all anxiously await her arrival. In the places where she's celebrated, she is usually more important than Santa ("Babbo Natale" in italian). There's actually a debate among italians between the Pandoro and the Panettone to see which is better than the other. Usually the Pandoro is more liked because of the butteriness and traditionally you keep it in the plastic bag, dump all the powdered sugar, and shake it until the cake is fully coated. Sometimes people give Panettones (the one with the fruit) to people they dont like that much. My family eats these all throughout christmas time and especially for breakfast christmas morning. glad to see you enjoyed them! love from italy!

We’re an Italian family, so we mainly eat pasta for Christmas dinner, the homemade kind, along with lamb and other things usually salad. For dessert, we have these cookies called apricot cookies that have a powdered sugar pastry filled with an apricot jam and it is AMAZING!! 😍🤤

Well! I got one of my wishes! I literally commented on Colleen’s vlog two days ago that I really wanted to see Bailey holding Maisy! Not that Wesley isn’t special, that little dude is the relaxed fighter! My heart wanted to see the eldest Ballinger hold the youngest Ballinger girl. The only girls! It is so so rare to share a birthday with a close family member, so the fact that they are the only girls makes it that much more special.
