It’s Nalanda tradition. The main masters are Nagarjuna, Arya Deva or Aryadev, Chandrikriti, Shanti Deva, Vasubandu. If you google or search these names you can know more about Nalanda. There’s a Nalanda Institute in Bihar which has been run in collaboration with foreign countries.
Little late to this but I think you mean ghandis sekota, “ how do I say it” in Tibetan. He usually uses this line when he has trouble the right English word or sentences.
