The late Queen Elizabeth put in place a very generous allowance for their every day living. The then Prince of Wales, Prince Charles, gave them an even more generous allowance to cover all the costs of an extensive wardrobe. Harry was quite a wealthy young man, having received a generous £39 million from his mother's estate. Meghan wanted to be a very wealthy woman, FAST.
