I remember you telling me about this unboxing at Colorado Champs, and now I'm actually watching it! Still can't wait for the one you did at Colorado Championship!
I ordered the Gan 15 and it's arriving in around 3 days. I really enjoy the feel of Gan since I have a really accurate turning style. I currently main the Gan 12 but looking for either an upgrade or just something different to use since my 12 is getting pretty old from the amount of solves I've been doing! :)
I actually currently main the Weilong V10. I like the strong magnetic core and the extra stability it has, especially in comparison to my Gan 12. I did also recently get my Tornado V4 (flagship) which I really like. My only issue with the V4 is that my times seem to be a lot more inconsistent on average. With the Weilong I average like 14.7-14.9 (out of 100) while with the Tornado I average like 14.5-15.2 (out of 100). I do plan on picking a Gan 15 up at some point in the future, but I will probably wait until everything goes on sale for the Holiday season.
I use the X-man tornado v4 flagship edition as my two-handed main and the weilong v10 non maglev version as my one-handed main, I have not yet tried the other two cubes. I like the weilong v10 for OH because of how stable yet effortless the turning is, and I like the tornado v4 for two-handed because it feels easier to start turns.
The square gan center pierces will only be included in the first batch because they don't work very well and can break the last piece you insert with the square centers installed.
Those cubes seem nice, haven’t tried a new 3x3 since last christmas but doesn’t mean im looking for a new main Personally maining the Gan 13 Maglev FX and i just love the feel of it when setup
TV4 is probably a better all-around cube; the sheer performance is certainly better. The RS3M V5 is slower and blockier but may be better for very particular turning styles.
I am using the YJ Youlong V2, that is cheap, Magnetic, i know is a old cube but the glossy plastic is very good, the piece design is simple, but efective. And for me the only good YJ 3x3. Note : it is good but the factory lubrecant does not last long, so i wold only recomend this cube if you are on a tight buget and know how to setup a speed cube. But for 8$ dolars is a steal
The quietest 3x3 I've ever tried is the DaYan TengYun V1. It's a little older now (but the turning still feels nice), and there's also some newer versions that might be similar.
You have made a video about the 2x2x2x2, but you could be the first person to make force cubes out of 2x2x2x2’s just get 6 DIY sets and build them into force cubes
I honestly don't mind normal matte plastic, but I'm sure they're overcharging for the novelty of UV coating. It is at least slowly getting cheaper since it was first introduced!
