The suction cups work by washing them then squeezing the release bar while pushing the cups on then let go of the release bar, this allows the air to flow out while pushing them on to create good suction.
Thomas B i have already researched the corals and you are right maybe I'll get them when i have more experience.do you know were i can buy dry rock so i wont have a chance of getting bad stuff in the tank
Hey, I was right! Congrats! That thing is beautiful. A 7 foot long tank that is 30 inches tall gives you quite an impressive view. We have the same tank, but with the Majesty stand. The Monterrey stand and canopy is SO much nicer, both in looks and build quality. I can speak from experience, since our 300 gallon Deep Dimension tank has the Red Oak Monterrey stand and canopy. Can't wait to see what you stock the tank with, and the rest of the video series.
you provide the best videos and info on RU-vid!! I have learned so much from you... now my wife is going to strangle me and ban me from your chanel... I now want/need a 265 gallon tank lol
Thomas! What a great series concept! I'm excited for what's to come there's so many topics you could explore with this series. You guys always make me laugh! Keep it up, and keep on tankin'!
Woah and I thought my 60 gallon tank was beefy, I wonder how long it'll take to fill her up! Not to mention the amount of power you're going to need to filtrate the whole tank, I wonder what kind of fish/decorations they'll put in? Standard beta fish and cheap plastic foliage won't do, a big project like this deserves those little details
Its my dream to have a tank of that size, I'm still rocking out the 60gal Marine Heartland Aquarium. Although I like Marinelands aquariums. But I wish I can just purchase the new cabinet to hide my equipment. The short sized cabinetry doesn't serve much purpose.
Yeah we are in the wrong part of Ontario to keep doing what we do. Every time we go to film these tours its a 10 hour ride there and back. As soon as we can find a job in the field we are out of here.
Yeah thanks man, When we get down there we will have do a collaboration, I would be cool to meet up with you and Brian. Brian was giving me some good advice on camera gear and lighting stuff on Facebook very cool guy.
I love your videos I hope you make a video on putting stuff in and kind of fish and stuff your baby is so cute 😍 I would love to see you make an amazing turtle tank video as I have a 60 gallon tank with 3 turtles and not sure how I want to do my tank hope to hear back from you
We definitely will be making videos on every single step-- including what kind of fish are going in! Don't miss it! As far as a turtle tank video, it's definitely on our to-do list, but will likely have to wait until this series is over and done! If you have any specific questions, we'd be happy to answer them here! Ask away!
I just started my 210 gallon aquarium so I hope I can go along these vids as I go. Thanks. P.S. What did you end up naming the octopus from the previous vid?
Good luck with that tank my large marineland tank leaked as well as my 120 both in the same fashion. Marinelands customer service is great but it's not worth the clean up.
If you're in Canada (and near a Big Al's Supercentre) you can get one through us. Otherwise, if you're NOT near a Big Al's Supercentre (bummer) then you should be able to order one through your local fish store.
Hey! Sorry about the delay-- unfortunately we don't ship aquariums. They break too easily. But you can pick one up in any of our Big Al's Supercentres (find your nearest at www.BigAls.ca)
