This game is an all out assault on your eardrums.

Great, a Captain Planet game where you don't play as Captain PLanet untl the last 5 minutes of the game. Yeah!, cuz that's what kids want!

The entire first half of the game is sewer level. Amazing.

The reason because I love the megadrive is for the metallic unique sound!!

This game is based on the environmentalist animated series of the same title, off of TBS/syndicated/TNT in the early 90's during the period.

Personally, I enjoyed this game. Boss theme is great and there's a nice random factor everytime you restart the game(what kind of crazy RNG is this to get the best character for every stage?). But the game is overall pretty difficult, what with the 1 hour time limit and all. And the Sewer level is a literal maze. By contrast, Duke's stage was the easiest and the one level I can consistently clear back then. In hindsight, Dr Blight's stage is also relatively straightforward.

As a kid, I never understood why I was meant to stop these little yellow fairies from pushing around their lettuces 😂

Wait, didn't Sega Lord X said this game didn't get released in the US?

for once the amiga version was far superior

I quite enjoyed this game as a kid. Yes it got frustrating at times, but it wasn’t the worst game I’d ever played either.

To this day, I'm still searching for a reproduction cart of this game, since I don't want to region mod my Genesis.

Oh boy I rem to see the show as a kid. So my next step is looking for an Dinosaucers game 😅

Worst game ever, and I thought the Nintendo version was bad, but the Sega version takes the cake. I'd like to see the AVGN do a review of that crap of a game.

NES version is set up better...and while it's also a garbage game, at least you play as Captain Planet on each level IIRC.

It looks and sounds like the Jurassic Park game on the Genesis.
