Hey Tam, fun Easter chocolates review! The finale one does sound good, but I'd really like to taste the dark chocolates raisin-truffle cross bun thingys. As for the large hollow ones incl the eggs, sonce can't eat all at once, I'd dig into them with a knife and cut chunks out vs biting a starter hole. I think that's what I used to do?... We did not have eggs that big, much easier to bite a starter bite off a rabbit's ears. Enjoy the weekend upcoming.

I think Easter chocolate is a lot more popular here and in the UK. The supermarkets usually have a whole section of amazing chocolate to choose from. When I was a kid we only ever got something small but I am well and truly making up for that in my adult years. I am sure you would love the Haigh's chocolate it is really good quality.

I love Haigh's chocolate I don't get into Sydney much but when I do I always drop in and spoil myself with some good quality chocolate Love it! You have good taste

I'm sure you would love the Haigh's macadamia brittle egg the quality of the chocolate is so good that's why I left it till last. You really can tell the difference between a cheaper chocolate. Mind you I am eating my way through all of it LOL

I remember in the late 90s, they changed the name from Coco Pops to Choco Krispies. It didn't last long, so they changed it back.

That's interesting because in the US I am pretty sure their rice bubbles and rice crispies I am not sure what they call coco pops.

✝️Happy Easter Tam and Tim ⛪ I'll be making our families traditional Dr. Pepper ham on Sunday and I went to Aldi today and was able to get the Easter cookies and chocolate from the Netherlands and Germany! It's a treat we look forward to every year! I was wondering What does musk taste like? I wear Cody wild musk perfume, but I don't know how musk would taste. You said very sweet, but is it floral, spice, sour.... We don't have musk as a flavor here in the states. So I'm curious Thanks for the bonus video this week, what a nice surprise 😁

I love that you have some family traditions with food. Sounds like you got some good Easter treats from Aldi treats from Netherlands and Germany YUM! I honestly don't even know how to describe musk sticks apart from really sweet and perfume like. Happy Easter

Thanks Jayne for the compliment I love my hair with a bit of curl but I'm usually too lazy to do it. You have no idea how hard it is having a good stash of chocolate in the house. Yes some really delicious stuff.

Nice video, Tam! I am somewhat familiar with all of those brands you tried today, except for Haigh's. I wouldn't mind seeing their dark chocolate hot crossed buns or milk chocolate salted macadamia brittle eggs show up in supermarkets near me, since they both looked quite excellent and, as you said, glamorous.

Thanks yes we get quite a lot of Easter candy/chocolate here so I couldn't resist showing some of what is available. The Haigh's chocolate is definitely a superior quality I am sure you would love it.

The Haigh's Egg looks amazing. We have a building and park called Haigh Hall very near where I grew up. It is pronounced Hay. It really annoys me when ppl from miles away, insist on telling me it is "Haig" and I have it wrong lol.

Yes I totally understand. We have a lot of suburbs near us that get mispronounced, but yes in fact Haigh's is pronounced like Hay.

Our most popular supermarkets here are Coles, Woolworths, ALDI and IGA. Lots of the smaller towns here are more likely to have an IGA and they are suppose to be cheaper than the bigger supermarkets but sadly it doesn't seem to be the case.

I think they missed out on a trick with the NOMO. they should have fitted one of them voice boxes like you get in singing Christmas cards, so it would say "Happy Easter ..... I'm Vegan" just like vegans tell you they are vegan ever other sentence. lol
