I think its because Ice Man's projectile has a hitbox so big it hit Yellow Devils's undamageable spot, dealing no damage

My theory on why Fire Man is weak to Ice Slasher: This one is kinda strange because it should be reverse, but when you think of it it makes sense, because when ice melts it becomes water My theory on why Ice Man is weak to Hiper Bomb: Ice is very fragile and a bomb would just break it in no time
