I've been waiting for this V2 for so long. You didn't disappoint. One of my favorite stages in gaming in terms of challenge, story + gameplay integration, and yes, even that damn Bospider boss forced me to get serious.

The first version of this song you posted back in 2012 is my most favorite remix you have created, and it still is. The gradual buildup in the melody is just magnificent, and I feel a little disappointed that this version sticks to the original song than what you made all those years back...

This is a fantastic YM2612-style remix/cover. It's a shame that the only Mega Man bone that Capcom threw us Genesis/Mega Drive owners was The Wily Wars, and that game was only available for North Americans on the now-defunct and then not-available-everywhere Sega Channel.

I’ve always wondered why Megaman X never got ported to Genesis. At that point exclusivity for Capcom with Nintendo had ended. The game would have needed a 6 button controller and it probably would have looked a little weird (Genesis had a different aspect ratio and a more restrictive color palette) but there’s no special chips used. It could have been done.

Hi, I used a program called VGMTrans to extract the midi files from the games spc file data. Combining that with listening to the original spc files one instrument at a time, allows me to make them even more accurate!. I could technically make them from scratch as I have proven with some other remixes ive done (rival schools and Street fighter ex2 plus) but its too time consuming and I want to give you guys consistent content

@@TheLegendofRenegade Oh wow! With that knowledge I'd consider making an original soundtrack like many have done! Of course, you don't have to. If you want to make an original soundtrack, it's your choice.
