It sucks how the only regular enemies in this stage are Nightmare virus’s, and those mosquitoes that follow you

The Ray arrow/Rekkoha (only if it’s charged) is very useful for this stage

The 4th one really reminds me of the Maverick Zero boss that is like a time limit.

And here we have the reason why Capcom became a piece of shit company! If you thought the trash compactors in Metal Shark Player's were bad, then welcome to the world of the giant red things known as DONUT SNAKES! So poorly designed, that you have to look real closely to see that it is a giant robot snake "biting" it's own tail. Fighting one would be fine (the second one); but fighting FIVE out of six (unless you take the alternative path, in which case, two), UNACCEPTABLE! The fourth (or fifth if you count the one you don't fight) is the worst of the bunch. The tentacle monsters are the only other enemy here. Not counting the metal flies from Commander Yammark's stage, and obstacles like the fire breathing dragon head statues (now a blast furnace type thing) from Burn Dinorex, or the steel blocks from Metal Shark Player. X's weapon is a poor man's Flame Sword. Zero's tech is better even if it's a poor man's version of Dragoon's tech from X4. Overall, definitely NOT worth risking life and limb for those early on. Here's the hazards to have depending on which path you take. Main path=steel blocks from Metal Shark Player (no blocks during any of the Donut Snake fights unlike the flies) Alternative path=metal flies from Commander Yammark (tons of steel blocks to destroy using Shark's gear, pray you don't run out before you reach the top of the alternative) Remember, once a hazard is installed into a stage, you cannot remove both of them. It's back and forth between one or the other for the rest of the game. Save Heatnix for last so you can improve Zero's stats and have more power-ups at your disposal for the nightmare ahead! Zero's tech from Infinity Mijinion will wipe out the Donut Snakes in one or two blasts, and since the energy meter recharges everytime Zero gets hit, sucks to be the Donuts! But don't be afraid to use the Z Buster too if you have a clear shot on those things. Use Zero's double jump, or X's Blade Armor for the alternative path. There is also a steel block you can use too, but as mentioned above, you'll need Shark's gear to destroy the remaining steel blocks, and there is tons of them. Better to just have the flies for the alternative.

I bet it is a nightmare if you play it as x. This stage loves reusing the same shit over and over again!! This is not a level it is some bad rom hack with the mega man x ps1 sprites in it. I could never play this level with x because 1. You can't shoot in multiple directions, 2. You don't have the fourth armor so you can't release big charge blast at it or charged special weapons and that would really help and 3. If the z-saber could swing in multiple directions!!
