That's why I love Zero 3's implications so much. It's not he's the most powerful, cutting edge machine/weapon in the world that he fights and wins, it's because he's Zero. Not even his body not being the original matters, it's who he is as a person that does.
I second this. Played this as an 11 year-old and kept thinking about it for days after encountering him for the first time. It’s quality though, much like all those chilling screams we hear in olden GBA games.
For real. His scream was unsettling during my first encounter. And whenever I remember MGZ 2, Elpizo's scream is the first thing that comes into my mind lol
I like how most of everyone here is complaining about you not using a z saber while Im over here being impressed as all hell because your being cool and badass without Zero's signature weapon
The bosses do harder attacks if you fight them while at an A or S rank. It's like this with all of the bosses in the series (besides the 8 Einherjar bosses from Zero 4 and the intro bosses). You REALLY should try fighting them with either an A or S rank.
Megaman Zero 2 is a milestone of my childhood. I used to love this game so much, listening to the OST's makes me so nostalgic i could cry sometimes i swear. 😁
I honestly think Zero 2 had some of the strongest bosses in the series. The phanter dude was fast, relentless, the Phoenix guy not only avoided most of your attacks, it also do attack doubles and the stage itself kills you as well. After this the difficult was tonned down in zero 3, upped in Z4 but not as much.
That boss at 2:16 was kinda hard than the 1 out the 3 other bosses. It took me about 20 tries to defeat him.I came a certain tactic and finally beat him
@@volcanianthegreat 💢What do you think you're doing, trying to share the burden I suffered?! I'M the one who wants revenge on X! I'M the one who should destroy him!
@@gravitybeetle4921 Nope. My friend, Storm Eagle got murdered as well. I'm not tryna provoke you, just sayin that i share the thought that X and Zero are killers.
@@NikkeiZXnot really, just once in a game called Onimusha Blade Warriors. But that one really doesnt fit so we just ignore it's existence lol. In every other media we never got an english va for Zero from the Zero series
Okay...what's with the lack of Z-Saber use? The game practically begs you to use it, and I was actually looking forward to watching you shred these clowns with the Z-Saber.
@Spencer Rodriguez There is already an unlockable hard mode in this game, I don't see a reason to not use the Z-saber in normal mode to make it look "harder", other than just show-off your skills
Yeah but the buster is much safer in this game. Some bosses have really weird hitboxes and you are likely to take damage if you use the saber against them. I mean you can avoid it but it seems this guy takes the safe route, I dont blame him.
There are people complaining about them not using the Z-Saber are when the whole point of a no-hit is to not get hit, and using a close range weapon just makes that even more difficult.
XInfra RedX I think this guy wants a little challenge while making these videos. Besides,I think it’s nice to see someone not using the Z-saber since it’s kinda broken if you think about it
@@alimations5226 yes they do there ex skills in turn you get them just like in the x series but it handles it better you dont have to worry about an a or s rank to your score plus the forms and the amount of stress you get from dying over and over again.
I'm guessing the reason you didn't use the Z-Saber was to add an extra challenge to yourself? (Considering the Z-Saber destroys everything, but is also hard to do without damage)
Probably also to troll those whining about "It's not Zero without Z-Saber" at this point. Not that I disagree entirely with that, but I see no problem with buster-only either. Purists gonna purist for its own sake, I guess. Not a very good argument from them if you ask me.

As a kid it was impossible to beat any of first 4 missions. This was 100 times harder than any Dark Souls game today. I finished them on Vita, but only thanks to “save state” function which allows you to save game every second 😆
inti creates have made pretty good stage songs, but for boss themes....they are pretty mediocre. just listen to their other works (Azure Striker Gunvolt, Bloodstained: CoTm), most of their generic boss themes for the generic group of bosses are so forgeatable.
however, it's VERY rude to call them "lazy".... just listen to Nova's boss theme in Azure Striker Gunvolt, Trap Phantasm on Megaman ZXA and Nothing Beats on Megaman Zero 4 and try to call them lazy again.
Idk i thing the music in the zero games describes and captures the setting in the series perfectly. Think about it, this happens 100 years later after the x-series, everything and everyone has changed. Reploids are considered inferior to humans, X is no longer among the living, Other X characters such as Axl, Alia,Signas, etc. are gone or missing, and Instead of fighting mavericks to protect other humans and reploids, you fight for the resistance and fight against Neo Arcadia.
music in Zero series is good, we are talking about boss themes of the generic group of bosses (you know, the 6 to 8 bastards that you will always dispatch before important levels) here, and that is were this series decay. The only good one was Nothing Beats, and this one was pretty neat, but the others were just...kinda generic and dull
You clearly have good skills to not take any damage, but this is so damn boring to watch, even my own MMZ replays I uploaded to my channel 7 years ago aren't that boring, and I'm not very skilled.
@@TheGreatestDarn Try Metroid Fusion it has 12 bosses 10 of which have unique themes, they're on the same system, Fusion came our before Zero 2 and yet all the bosses share the same theme. I'm sure Capcom is capable of making unique themes for their Mega man bosses, it's just that they seem hell bent on doing yearly or bi-yearly releases and that creativity doesn't seem to factor into the crunch time crunch these games are developed in.
but metroid fusion is one game, imagine trying to do GOOD (and i mean good boss themes, not just generic tunes) unique boss themes for all megaman games in existence. i rather have one good tune than 8 different crappy themes.
