Also unlike zero, the rest of them seem to be "stuck in time", as in repeating themselves as they did 200 years ago.

Maybe because i was using double tap for dashing so it seems a bit delayed. The only thing I can confirm from my experience is that control for dash jump is a bit stiff. It's not like holding jump + dash button at the same time will result 100% dash jump, so i feel hesitated sometime. The rest, i think i suck at this for not playing Zero for a long time.

@@kanekikane6862 Ah, yeah, I can't do tap dash, lol. Shoulder dash buttons are usually my jam. Dash on L, buster on R is my usual set up for it.

Usually, there will be a monthly stream of development (it's private and will be deleted after a few days so few people know, unless you are a member on discord) or they will organize sprite drawing events (that was before when I was active on the discord but now I'm quite busy so I'm not sure if it is still there). Generally speaking, they are still developing this game but very quietly, if you want more details it's best to join their discord.

It seems awkward to use the sprite from X series to Zero series. its difference is not only about style but also how many bits used to draw that sprite. For example: i.ytimg.com/vi/K3Stf5ve3i8/maxresdefault.jpg This is hard to explain and i'm not a pro pixel artist either but you can always do a research about that.

@@kanekikane6862 Megaman X is pretty much similar to ZX tough , in terms of sprite quality... Eh i dunno... Just seemed to waste that bit of potential in his fight.

It depends on how people seeing through this. Maybe the devs team can tell the difference between Inti Creates style and X series so they want to make colonel sprite from scratch to fit with Inti style. But it's not wrong for you to think that way, people have their own idea after all.

Well my only complain about the change is that, the main advantage you have with Inti style is animations (The original X4-6 sprites are too stiff to animate, most of the budget in spritework went to animating Sigma's second phase in X4 for example where all of his poses, movement and animation and motions are fully drawn sprite by sprite instead of segmented), so I really hope that Colonel get something new and not just some rebrand of his old X4 attacks and animations. His design could modernize, make his coat more of a fabric like you see everyone in ZX series, instead of his huge chunk of white metal he has in X4.

The creator of megaman zx prequel had another project named MMZ5 (ru-vid.comvideos), currently there is no information about it except the trailer. They also have their own forum to discuss about many things related to fan game (included MMZR: www.rockmanlab.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=5824). Unfortunately, I'm not Chinese so this is as far as i can get.

You can always fight multi omega zero in benchmark (up to 100 if i remember correctly) if you find that all the secret boss in demo are easy.
