I just realized, you know what could be an interesting pokemon ability? It absorbs layers of spike for an attack boost. This could be themed around a pokemon with a spiky/sharp design where the "spikes absorbed" add to characters offensive arsenal. Feel like that would be an interesting concept for a steel or ground pokemon in a future generation.

Blunder: I️ just saw the Special Attack stat nvm Me having a blast to the past about this one pokemon book I️ had and Mega Mewtwo Y had an absurdly high Sp. Atk stat. And then that confirmed that that book DID have stats in it (they were like little bars and each stat had more bars the more good it was but I️ don’t think there were numbers. Gods I️ would kill to find that book again)

Watching these Ubers videos makes me wonder: can you use trick on arceus or does it just not work? If so and if you really the goat you would take this challenge: build a team around a pokemon with trick/switcheroo, holding like a bug plate or whatever you think the worst type to have against the rest of the team would be. Whether it’s a prankster mon or just something fast or bulky that can consistently get it off I think this would be the most hilarious way to potentially beat a team running Arceus 😂 imagine catching it on the switch and just being like yup you’re a bug now pussy 😭
