@KrugerBoy, the guy saying that reminded me of when one time I met up with some friends to tour a zoo and most of the day we had pleasant weather and then a heavy rain storm popped up and we were all trying to get out of various buildings as they hadn't thought to clean the drains! These buildings were on lower ground and with the drains blocked it didn't take but a couple of minutes before there was almost a foot of water and filling fast. We got out and into the bathrooms which were a bit higher up.

5:41 is a low head backwash. They're often called drowning machines. ~50 people a year die in the US from these and are often recovered in a gruesome manner. Don't underestimate the power of water. Be careful on rivers and always keep an eye on kids. Things happen fast in water. Have a safe summer and be aware!

For the person on the edge of the volcano, what the hell were they thinking? It may look like water splashing, but if a chunk of lava comes flinging at them, not only is it hot enough to melt steel, that stuff is still rock even if liquid.
