MEGA Suspension UPGRADE on my Project 300zx!

I've spent the last few months transforming this 300zx Z32 project car into a unique machine. I have been eagerly awaiting this stage of the build! Wheels and coil overs really do make the biggest difference on project cars! The 240sx S13 front suspension set up works great, but still needs some additional tweaking. The rear fitment is near perfect! Not bad for first try! I set the Stance XR1 coil overs to nearly max low and am please with the quality and performance.

I feel purple with bronze wheels or chrome wheels would go hard on the Z. But staying with the same color I'd go with a chrome rim for sure but nothing too chrome to take your eyes off the car itself.

Hope you keep the cobalt green factory color its same color as my s14, it has like a two tone green blue hue depending on the how the light hits it from the pearl i get a lot of love about it when people come across it. it's also the most iconic jdm color IMO but glad your gonna get your insurance justice finally but get those fenders rolled asap! otherwise they gone turn into bacon.. 😂the car looks amazing all your work has paid off that's for sure, I can feel your energy through the video so I'm hyped for you!

This is amazing work. I've been watching the KA swap and you've made this Z32 so much better (I had one, that new suspension/steering setup you came up with is brilliant). I recently rebuilt the KA in my 01 Xterra. It was a $550 towyard vehicle destined for the crusher, and much the same way as you I've been piecing it together from various junkyard vehicles to keep costs low. It went from a leaky mess that struggled to idle to a smooth-running gem of an engine after the rebuild. It makes me glad to see others beginning to recognize the many strengths of the KA... it looks right at home in that engine bay. Keep on doing the awesome things you do my guy!

do you also put some anti seize on hardware? or do you just put bolts in dry? as for the mileage (had to change from KM's lol) Hyundai tiburon: 2500 miles per month MX-3 V6: sold last week.. sometimes you gotta let em go '79 Manta : about 180-250 in the summer months '87 Manta: currently none, shes on jackstands '84 Manta: again.. jackstands #projectcarlife

Man, this car used to be so depressing when you first got it. It's so cool now. Just gives me hope in things that I'm too tired of. Maybe a little patience will pay off. Can't wait to see the body kit next. Definitely paint matching it too hopefully with the hood as well.

i'm a small wheel guy but those uras wheels look so good on the z. i think for the veilside wheels to look best you'd have to ball out with full veilside aero which probably won't happen it's gonna look so good once you get the aero on, i think it was bomex that you had?

The way to say Tein which a lot of Americans mispronounce is (Teeh-In) which is wrong I found out, because I was pronouncing it that way as well. It is a Japanese company. And I follow quite a bit of Japanese car channels and they pronounce it (Tane). Hope this helps. Love your videos man, keep em' coming!

It’s interesting cuz yeah when you slam a car on coils you’d expect to get negative camber. But when I slammed my brothers 3000gt the front had positive camber. Like .5 degrees positive so I had to get top hats with camber adjustment.

My miata came with some old school stance coilovers. It survived me wrecking into a curb, I Bent both upper and lower control arms but the stance coilover was unharmed. Loving the 300zx series can’t wait to see this thing sideways.

I was cringing when you cut those brand new coils, but that cut you showed looked pretty clean! I wonder if you could cut access holes for the coils and then just 3D print some covers to cover the holes... it's weird they wouldn't put access in there... Even the lowly 240 had access covers...
