Got a tip from a fellow RU-vidr to use Sony Vegas to sync the audio and video files instead of movie maker, I think it´s a little bit better now anyway. :)
Brandon Ellis Tornado of Souls solo cover is pretty mental it's gotta be said. Check that out if you haven't seen it. Jimmy is an excellent guitarist though that's for sure, always watch his videos for inspiration.
The picking hand wrist position is all wrong. 🤣 Seriously though, this guy's fret hand position is almost perfect. Thumb behind the middle finger. Marty's thumb is usually over the neck. Not that it really matters. This guy plays it flawlessly. Good job!
This is the first time I have ever seen anyone on RU-vid absolutely NAIL a Friedman solo. Many come very very close, certainly closer than I ever could, but you absolutely NAIL his style 100%. Amazing to watch. Good work my friend!
You fuckin rock dude. When I sit down and start practicing some of these solos, your videos are like the perfect reference for how it should be played. Ive seen all of your Megadeth solo covers and love all of em. \m/
I have recently checked most of the covers on marty s solo in Lucretia ... I have to say this the note to note the best ..... On you tube ... Brilliant sir ..please do the dave s solo as well i know its little difficult though ... Please do the tutorial as well for both
@@naxedgt2053 yes, is just that i listen the song and without the dave solo it would feel incomplete but music is about personal preferences and that can't be changed
Pretty excellent! A bit of reliance on the "chopping" of attention to the movement of fingers.. but I think you can do a Tchaikovsky type justice on this, if you don't regard the weight of your hand and fingers in the timing too much. Not enough guitarists make sure every feeling in a great solo is accentuated for the people
Does this need more than 22 frets on standard tuning? I really want to start learning this but don't wanna disappoint myself halfway through the process though
