Nintendo of all people will just continue to let Toby have his fanbase make fan games and songs, so if this gets "copywrite clamed" or "removed for illegal promotional materials" or some other BS, don't bitch and complain. You either knew/should have known the consequences of uploading this.
Toby didn’t make Earth Bound as far as I know, and this has become more of an Undertale song so I shouldn’t have to worry about Nintendo, and if I do, they’re doing way too much bro, either way I wouldn’t care, this wasn’t made using FL, this is based on a song Toby wrote, so if I have anyone to worry about it would be Toby
