My haemoglobin is 16.2 ,RBC is 5.2 WBC 8.5 platalets are 3.22 lakh. But my folic acid is 0.8, how can i Increase it while keeping HB as it Is.. my age is 49 ,ht is 175 , wt is 88 kg. I don't have sugar.but have Fatty liver. How can i raise my b9 Leve. Please advise
