2:40 This is the scene that has me on the edge the most. Isoc is Wily. He even says Robot to Zero. Most call X and Zero Reploids but this is not so. Since they were created by Robot Masters. That makes them the last true Robots. The Reploids were created by Doctor Cain taking the design from X. Who would know Zero's DNA better than Doctor Wily himself?
@@edvance1030 No, Dr Wily physical body died a long time ago and somehow he has managed to transfer his conciousness to other robots like Sergei from MMX2 who somehow knew Zero inside out to the point of making him a new body, after his old one got destroyed in MMX1. Then we have MMX4 where Wily spirit appears inside Zeros programming, giving him visions. In MMX5 Wily was the responsible of creating Sigma's second form body and as Sigma states to X "I've partnered with someone that hates you as much as I do". Fast forward in MMX6 Isooc is Wily as well so my guess is that Wily transfer his conciousness via Virus to robots that are nearby Zero to keep an eye on him
I like how this game hints that Sigma will eventually stop being the biggest threat to the Reploid society and slowly becomes...well, just some kind of infection (a very dangerous one but not sentient of itself anymore). They finally confirm this in X8 and MMZ's Elf Wars backstory. Here, Sigma acts no better than a savage animal.
"Wa..was there a... fault in the program...?" Yes, that you were invulnerable to all weapons, but still vulnerable to your own weapons. Kind of a big oversight there, Gate...
He doesnt make more an attempt to kill X, but he didn't in X5 either. Isoc isn't a combat ready body. He does however, show intense hatred for X, yet intense joy and glee at Zero. He ALSO mysteriously shows up when Gate find's Zero's DNA, and assists him in his work. And let's not forget the most important part- he claims to know Zero "inside out", and proves it, by immobilizing Zero in a timed protective forcefield with a wave of his hand.
Of course he was!!! Just look at what he says when Zero defeats High Max: " Zero... I know you inside out... Hmm. Since I found out you're alive, I can capture you at any time. But first I must bring High Max back."
OMG Dude, THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH for uploading both Zero and X's scenes. I loved the mess out of this scene, but couldn't find it anywhere on RU-vid. Finally one with good quality and sound. 5 Stars, props bro!!!
I have to say that is indisputable proof that Isoc is Wily because you see no one from that time would ever call them Robots. Everyone calls X and Zero Reploids but the truth is that X was made by Doctor Light and Zero was the last greatest robot made by Doctor Wily. They really are Robots but everyone calls them Reploids because that is the standard for that era. So when that voice calls Zero a Robot well the proof is in the pudding.
Isoc is wily, probably in a cyborg form or something, but he is him and the latter is correct that X and Zero are robots because they were created by light and wily making them robot masters, reploids were designed from X
I think they're trying to say that Wily used Isoc's body and that's how Gate was able to revive Sigma, since Sigma apparently met Isoc in X5, kinda like a puppet. Or something..And for the record...Omega was meant to be the original Zero's body in MMZ3, and the only reason it didn't look like it was due to budget. It was meant to be though, the creator even said it. And Weil switched Zero's body.
Uh? Inti Creates and Inafune confirmed that Zero and Omega look different because they opted for a different artistic approach to give the series its own identity. If they still used the same style of MMX, both of them would have their old design.
I love x6 more than most x games. i love the music and level designs; they are quite original yet nostalgic. not to mention that its the best transition to megaman zero, another of my all time favorite franchise. nuff said.
@@surrealcereal7497 His grammar is pretty okay, so I guess that's quite good. Not like you are one to talk without punctuation at the end of your criticism. Guess that represents well those who think ill of X6. :)
You know i have a theory, that dr wily, transend him self before he died, he transfer his conciousness to a robot name serge maybe, then after the decades that serge had died. a year between megaman x5 and 6 gate really need an expert about creating a strongest robot, he suddenly remember serge, so he retrieve the remains of serge and modified the body of serge to become isoc, or maybe, the conciousness of serge transferred to a new body of serge that gate created to become ISOC himself the new body of serge or no wait.. The new robotic body of DR. Wily himself .... This is just my theory.. You know in that year of x and zero or even year of megaman, there is no way that transcendance doesnt exist in megaman world. Its 100 percent that transendance, are existed in megaman world...
+Fernando Gesta I have a similar theory. Dr. Wily is still alive, in a new robotic body. Serge and Isoc are just two of his fake bodies, controlled by him. His real body is Dr Albert (MMZX).
+Thirteen 1355 master albert? and too bad megaman is dead and the whole wily not dead thing is never brought up... so is dr light still around in some form?
There are a few hints as far as Isoc being Dr. Wily, as well as Serges from X2. Besides both of them being similar in appearance to the mad scientist, they both seemed to know a good amount about Zero's structure and data, despite it having been mentioned in X5 by Signas that Zero's body was a mystery and unanalyzable. Serges formed a plan to repair and revive Zero for him and his comrades to use for their own plans, and Isoc himself claims that he knows all about Zero. What supports that claim is during the cutscene after he defeats High Max, Isoc completely and effortlessly immobilizes Zero while he escapes. There's also implications that Wily helped Sigma built his huge Gamma Sigma body back in X5 as well. I believe Sigma himself claims that he met a scientist that knows Zero very well, and helped him build his new body. Wily might have turned himself into an AI somehow like Dr. Light did to make sure his revenge came to light.
Still, it was said that his body was completely inactive, wouldnt that mean that Wily if it was him, is just some conscious who jumps between bodies or what?
Bowlofarthritus I'm actually pretty convinced that Isaac was dr. Wily I mean come on let's face it he could have turned himself into a robot but why didn't the zero figure that out and why hasn't he met him yet they need to make another X game that explains his origin damn it
@@greggreg8210 It probably was Dr.Wily given that the voiceactor who spoke the lines, actually was Dr.Wilys japanese VA, which then would mean that Wily lives on as the Virus that is living inside of Zero and has the capability to jump between bodies?
@bubblez920 They speak in the North American version too. But in the anniversary collection, all cutscene speaking is omitted. Possibly for size problems. THE MORE YOU KNOWWWW
Wily didnt USE Isoc, he WAS Isoc. just like he was Serges as well. Gate rebuilt Sigma on his own. He WAS a genius after all. To be able to do what he did, all out of Zero's DNA, centuries before Zero was ever fully comprehended, takes nothing short of a genius. Even Gate's works were all unanalyzable. Omega didnt look like Zero not because of budget, just artistic liberty, and laziness. The Zero seres has its distinct look, so they just used a slightly altered Zero sprite.
If thats true then how did wily start building zero back when regular megaman was still alive. Back when it was still him, protoman, and bass. If you didnt know Bass is kinda like the prototype to zero in a way. He created the energy he used to make zero when he made bass. And it was accident that he created it. And he went from their to make a better robot then bass. Zero. It's all explained in the end of Megaman 2 power fighters.
it was Wily probably, but it wasnt a benevolent thing to say, its just that Wily built Zero to counter Lights creations, and all reploids including Sigma are based off of Lights work, X...
@Talkingpie100 yeah, but still, they had so many ways of not to fuck up the story, make it a prequal to mmX 5 or a side story.... even i can come up with a better story than the shit presented in mmX 6 "i reparied myself while i hid myself" REALLY!?
The body is the original. Its weapons are not. Zero stull has the original Z saber. The different Forms were not Omega Zero's forms, but the big armor encasing him.
Let see: He died in Megaman X1, he died again in Megaman X2, he died again twice in Megaman Xtreme (MMXtreme is after MMX2), he died again in Megaman X3, he died again in Megaman Xtreme 2 (MMXtreme 2 is after MMX3), he died again in Megaman X4, he died again in Megaman X5, he died again in Megaman X6, he died again in Megaman X7 and he died again in Megaman X8. So that's 10.
so are the floating reploids lazy level design or is it a new antigravitational technology or their so scared the gravitational pull of the earth doesn't affect them?the humans race and reploids coexist.i know what level blaze heatnix when I get the x collection am I gonna gave quite the time.im gonna have so much fun with that particle accelerator that my screams will be so loud it will cause the ozone layer to get destroyed and have the sun expand in size in less then a million year.sounds fun
Very late response, but definitely lazy design. Their placement looks as if the devs forgot to put platforms for em, but was too strapped for time to add em.
First they're not conventional robots they're Reploids and yes they have their version of DNA which has valuable info like on the like their design and specs specially on the highly advanced X and Zero , just by analyzing Zero's DNA a bit Gate was able to create the highly advanced High Max and the Nightmare Virus.
@thunderarmageddon Hhhmmm Yes I believe that could be as well. However I do have trouble connecting this time line with that game series to be honest with you. It's almost like that Game took place in a slightly alternative future from this one..... Or as in The old video Game Ecco Tides of Time would have it. This game is the stone that split the tides of time into two. XD
hmm i see...but isoc IS strong man..haha remember when ya defeat High Max? during the middle of the level there..i mean the alternate or a shortcut way to the Gate's level..well that scene shows isoc release his electrical power to zero?..hahahaXD
I assume you've never voice acted in your life. Take it from someone who knows what they're talking about. It could be better, but what's there isn't bad.
I'm pretty sure that's the pretty similar to the line Zero hears on his dream in the prologue of X4. Except for the part that Willy says it's an order. Don't know why they used Isaac for this though, it's silly. Then again, this game is not official to the X saga.
Yeah, can you get these scenes in English. I looked at the English scenes and no voice acting. That's why Megan Man X4 did better. But still, can you get an English version of these scenes throughout X6?
It is quite horrendous compared to all the other X games besides 7 (which is also horrendous). The level design is haphazard, lazy, and frustrating. One level consists of fighting the same (annoying) mini boss 5 times in a row. No joke. The story is nonsensical, and this is made worse by a terrible English translation of the dialogue. Finally, the bosses run the range of pretty good to downright broken. Gate, particularly, has the habit of being un-damageable for minutes at a time!
