He may have been exaggerating his innocence a little, but overall it seemed like two people who love different types of music, who come from different cultures and countries meeting, and having a funny but well-meaning, sweet interaction. Of course, not all white men who love classical music would have been as respectful towards Meg as Kyle was, and of course not all female rappers would have been able to get through that interview with as much graciousness and patience as Meg, but I see no need for the aggressive response you got to your statement.
