Family members of Meghalaya's 36-year-old Niksamseng Marak, who was found dead under mysterious circumstances at a rehabilitation center in Assam's Goalpara district, have demanded that all the persons involved in connection with the case be arrested at the earliest and booked as per the law.
The kin of Niksamseng have alleged that he was murdered and was wrongly sent to the rehabilitation centre without the approval of the court. Family members of the deceased have also thanked the Assam Police as well as the Goalpara and West Garo Hills district administrations for their swift intervention and action.
