The Congress party, as the oldest political party governing India since independence, is well aware of the situation in Manipur before its merger with the Indian Union in 1949. Congress party should not politicized public issue of Manipur , related with the sentiment of the Meiteis who wish to protect the integrity of Manipur state having a small area of 22372 km², demanding to Indian government to allow the indigenous Meiteis, Kukis, Nagas, Meitei panghals etc. to coexist in a normal peaceful life. The demand of the Meiteis is to implement NRC and to identify the illegal immigrant Kukis and others coming to Manipur after 1951 . But the kukis' demand is not to implement NRC and not to identify Kuki immigrants and again demanding a union territory or separate administration. Kukis' demand is not to construct border fencing of 398 km at Manipur - Myanmar border. The other demands of Kukis can be seen as submitted by the Kukis . The main demands for the Meiteis are only to protect the integrity of Manipur state protecting the indigenous Meitei, Nagas, Kukis, Meitei pangals etc. who have been coexisting since many years but not those illegal immigrant Kukis and others coming to Manipur state after 1951. The other demands of the Meiteis may be discussed with the record of the memorandum submitted by different groups of Meiteis to the Congress Leaders. Without proper diagnosis a Doctor cannot do anything to cure the disease of a patient. Manipur violence situation is in serious condition which requires sincere serious treatment with proper diagnosis by the Government of India , Central opposition Leaders , related stakeholders and the Government of Manipur. Please put your valuable mind to bring peace in Manipur but not to go only for the political gain of Congress Party. Only then there will be a way to bring Normalcy in Manipur by the Government of India and the Government of Manipur with the cooperation of Central Congress Leaders , other opposition leaders, related stakeholders and related people.
MANIPUR VIOLENCE WILL NOT END UNTIL AND UNLESS CONGRESS LEADERS STOP PLAYING DRAMA. Manipur violence will not end until and unless the congress stop playing drama that INDIA block will not identify the illegal Kuki immigrants (NRC will not be implemented ), administrative reconciliation will be there as if separate administration will be granted if INDIA block form the Government at the Center . Eruption of such inhumane violence was instigated by the Kuki congress members to get advantage in the 18th Lok Sabha Election getting their MP Candidates elected and also to get their candidates elected in the coming Manipur general assembly election. Instead of only the hilarious statement that the Prime Minister remain silent and does not visit Manipur , it will be quite appreciable for the Central Congress Leaders to be sincere enough to help the indigenous people Meiteis, Kukis, Nagas who are co- existing since last many years in Manipur (Meiteiland -- Kangleipak) . Practical and Valuable suggestions on the priority for development and restoring peace in Manipur with sincere mind should be appreciated by all indigenous communities but not that opportunistic political mindset of the congress leaders. Manipur is a small state having an area of 22372 Sq km. Which is less than the half of the area of a District having an area of 45674 Sq km.( Kachchh -District of Gujarat state ) Any demand of land from Manipur state on the basis of a separate community created chaos in the state of Manipur. All the political parties national, state, regional and local are to devote in the service of mankind particularly the Manipuris who are suffering miserably due to violence among the communities. Adding fuel to the fire is a serious crime in natural law which are controlled by the good conscience of well educated human nature. I as a manipuri Meitei draw the attention of all my brothers and sisters of India and aboard to help us to maintain the integrity of Manipur state having only a small area of 22372 Sq km. I humbly urge the Government of India and other opposition members along with well informed brothers and sisters of my country to help us , the indigenous Meitei and all communities of Manipur to co exist in normal peaceful life .

I heard if is true or not... Under sixth schedule, any non tibal (out side the state) working in tribal area have to get working permit from district council... To safeguard the minority tribal people.. isn't right?
They were not assaulted but expell due to not having documents like labour license etc.. as they were illegal immigrants. NGOs just done the right thing to control influx
Atleast this northeast new should interviews why PM still avoid visiting Manipur state till now.. When the situations is lasting almost one year.... Many live was killed and thousands was homeless.. Here in Shillong NGO is checking the documents when the state government is failed doing his own work..
Bubagra has been firm and stood by his people and asked for a constitutional solution but everytime we have obstacles put by some of our own people and the State Govt. If the Centre truly wants to bring development and generate employment, build infra structure and address the problems of our people in the Reserved areas (TTAADC) then they must order the Ruling Party in the State to not just give hollow promises but provide finance and assistance. This holds true for all communities in the East Constituency, we have been neglected for very long. If they don't fulfil their promises then very soon action will be taken.
