Regarding Meghan being rude while ignoring the teacher and students who were trying to talk to her-- Meghan literally turned her back on them mid-sentence and dragged Harry away, leaving the young girl with the gift for them with the box still in her hands. Meghan was never made for Royal life; she is tacky, inappropriate, rude and boorish., and she has no interest in other people at all.
