It’s very common in Hollywood for homes to have tall 6ft+ fencing and shrubbery to conceal the view of the home from the street. So unless cameras are placed on the outside of those fences you won’t see shit. Take one of those TMZ tours you quickly realize everyone in Hollywood has a huge wall blocking views of entire homes.

It’s the fact that they have camera footage of the killers literally leaving their apartment building and traveling all the way to the scene. So it’s a fairly good chance that, with the Meg thing happening in a neighborhood where the homes are likely in the 10s of millions, the incident was captured in some way

Classification has nothing to do with your Instagram posts or t-shirt selling, unless you're expressing intent to escape. Has to do with the danger the inmate represents to others or himself, his behaviour inside, and the probability of him trying to escape. They review Classification every 12 months. Since famous people are prone to extorsion, they also get PC. You can decline PC though.
