Came across your video last night. I purchased my Little Steve (as I call him) several years ago, but never opened him. I don't know what I was thinking .... perhaps I wanted to keep him as a collector's item ??? Anyway, after watching your video I decided it was way past time to let Little Steve out. Perhaps it was your comment about wanting to play with him (which is hard to do if he's encased in plastic). So, I finally - after 6 or 7 years - opened the packaging and rescued Steve Austin. He was so happy to be out, that he even forgave me for waiting so long - Ha! And yes, I would agree with some that his head is a bit large and the resemblance to Lee is not the best .... but that's O.K. -- He is well worth what I paid for him.
donno why you people never open the card properly take a kraft knife slit the bottom or top slip the figure out and once your finished you can slip him back in and you still have a really good package
I always open my newer figures. I salvage these on cards by making 3 cuts to remove the figures. One long cut vertically up the back, and one horizontal one at the top of the vertical cut, and one at the bottom (looks like a Roman numeral ONE =][ )
Now, if BBP will only produce a figure of Barney Miller(Hiller), the Seven Million Dollar Man. I always thought that the Kenner toy company screwed the pooch by skipping out on that one...
Waste of money. Just save up your cash and buy an original 1970's 13-inch Kenner Steve Austin from eBay. You can still find some intact and complete for a reasonable price.
