I have a pair that are older than yours and are in way better condition, literally in as new condition, (wait for it) mine were very expensive, here in the UK most things are and not the same model, mine are more like a combat boot, with white calf leather lining but they are so nice that I am reluctant to wear they in case they get scuffed or damaged, they have been polished more times than they have been worn (sacrilege I know) but I agree they are superb boots that need to be more widely appreciated (if you know, you know) considering that you do wear yours they in very good shape for their age and a testament to you that you care for your gear.
