Why would you say they attack you when they didn't? Do you have proof that they attack the "kuki village"? The only solid truth that can be find from the videos or info is that Your people attack them just because they were meitei. There is certainly some hard feelings there. It's as simple as that. You know if you are gonna justify yourself come with a solid proof that is exactly why the supreme court gave up on your case. Because to them without any concrete proof whatever you say are nonsense, it's not worth their time so next time try harder and well come up with a concrete reason or an agreeable reason to why you would want a separate administration.
