It’s gonna be hard beating the dees

When Simon Goodwin took the reigns at the Dees you could just tell it was the signal for a turning point in Demonland... With Chocko Williams at his side they've built a dynamite team out of a club that 5 years ago couldn't string two wins back-to-back. I've enjoyed watching them go from strength to strength and it would be an historic comeback on par with the Western Bulldogs a few years ago to see the Dees take the flag... I'm not a Dees fan but I'd like nothing more than to see those fellas bring the trophy home... All the best to ya's, Dees... Make your supporters proud and show the AFL that the Dees are a force.

The ds are the best team at the moment, we the lions have to win 8 more quarters to met them again in the grand final. Win 8 nothing less if we have 1 bad quarter it is all over. The lions have done quite well considering the loss of rayner and hipwood. When those 2 are back next year look out!! Cant see anyone beating the ds this year. Well deserved for the Melbourne football club and there loyal supporters..

That seals the deal. I am no longer a Lions fan - I've been a fan since 1997 and a season ticket holder since 2001. I officially will not be renewing my membership next season nor will I watch them on my TV ever again. I am taking my membership to the Suns where they know how to run an organization.
