yeah, definitely not fair. it might have to do with the up b shifting pikas hurtbox in such a way that rollback just was like "yep that TOTALLY hit". I would be malding if that hit me like that in a tournament match.

There's an asumsaus video explaining this. During Pikachu's up special, pikachu gets all stretchy in between the "pi-pi", and it not only streches out pikachu's model but also the hitboxes. That peach hit Pikachu's hitboxes in the single frame where they were stretched out the widest.
Because puff invalidates Ganon and Fox overwhelms Ganon. Lots of low tiers actually do okay against some top tiers but get cucked by others, for instance DK has some serious shit out of grabs of Fox but gets invalidated by Sheik.
