Melissa heads to Texas during a late-season rifle hunt and faces a difficult dilemma most hunters would kill to have: which buck to shoot! This December hunt offers Melissa a chance to use just about every angle available, from ground blinds along natural corridors to box blinds over food plots.
The deer are plentiful and active with the cooler temps, and Melissa trains her sights on several nice bucks. It can be nerve wracking to watch someone pass on so many nice deer, but Melissa is holding out for a big, mature whitetail and nothing else will do. As the south Texas sun sets over her food plot on the final day, Melissa can think of only one solution: she will have to come back to Texas before the end of the season to fill her tag!
A few days into January she heads back to another area of Texas where she may finally get the shot she is hoping for. She has had a heck of a time, with highs and lows including a few misses! Can Melissa finally redeem herself on the last day?
