Thank you for this. I am buying this instead of the chearper , no name Chinesium garbage from you-know-there. We already have had or still have- "Bro. did that 2nd Poulin get stolen... again?" 🙄and also cCullough, and a Stihls already. Looking forward to confirming your opinion on this little guy.

Ditto - I just got a Mellif 6" chain saw, but no bar oil reservoir and nothing in the instructions about how to lube! No instructions on adjusting the chain tension, either. The Mellil video for changing the chain magically pulls off a screw tab that doesn't seem to budge on mine. I love the idea of this super compact and lightweight saw for trail maintenance, but I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of instructions, chain adjustment and lube.

@aMotoheadsGarage You are absolutely correct! There seems to be a Millef 6" with black case and bar oil reservoir, and then the one I just got (and returned) from Amazon, with a yellow case and NO bar oil reservoir. It's a shame. So I just ordered a "sold by" YAWV 6" chain saw with bar oil reservoir for only about $5 more. Not sure who actually makes it, not that it matters at this price. Fingers crossed this one does the trick.

Please be aware that if you purchase one of these from a 3rd party seller (ie Ebay), Then the manufacturer will not honour the warranty. I purchased one a few months ago that has now gone faulty. The Ebay seller has been ignoring my messages - I have since checked on the companies house website and they have dissolved the company. Mellif are flatly refusing to offer any solution so I'm left feeling high and dry.
