Hard stuff to discuss but thank you for sharing in hopes in will help others ❤. None of us are “normal” and we all have our demons, try not to feel any shame. Depression lies to us! One of the best things to fight depression (and addiction) is service to others, which is EXACTLY what you are doing with your channel ❤❤❤. We are all so glad you are in this world! You are needed! OMG... I'm one of his struggle, bad depression, mental because of my family treat me so badly like not care who I'm, even I feel that they treat me like black sheep as I'm deaf. They are hearing, not care, just used me as giving them birthday or Christmas gift. I already cut off of them, no more relationship with them anymore to make me so peaceful

Crying is good because crying decompress all emotional. when young children lack get comfort help and lack understand what going on. Inside emotional and lack understand build up mix together for years and cause exploded. I'm happy that you said (you are man) cry is good for decompress everything." I'm exciting because this video good for men to watch them to help them to feel relief and learning they are not alone. Counsel therapy is expensive. This video we watched their interview/ sharing heart, its free. I love it. Live for EVERYONE! Yellow duck.

You know that I had been so bad struggle through my childhood with very bad abuse from my parent and my mom had caused me so deaf from throwing me back to wall, caused me so deaf. Okay, what do you think????
