She is either a daughter of the god Helios and the Oceanid nymph Perse or the goddess Hecate and Aeetes. Circe was renowned for her vast knowledge of potions and herbs. Through the use of these and a magic wand or staff, she would transform her enemies, or those who offended her, into animals." (wikipedia) you might be familiar with her iconic scenes in the odyssey where she turned men into pigs/swine! i came up with this playlist after listening to eivør's gullspunnin and reading these lyrics "When I saw the current take you on the calm sea, I lost myself at the core of the silence." which seems to fit SO perfectly with some of the scenes of circe in the book by miller 😭 and so i had to even tho nobody asked for this playlist haha anyways hope y'all enjoy this one! i had lots of fun making it. :))
To whoever is out there reading this message, if you are having a hard time just remember you are not alone and never give up ! The person who is reading this message, I wish you success, health, love and happiness!

@@Lara-zz4vl Start slow. Try to feel the power growing inside you, listen to it. Go into nature, look at the moon often, talk to her, tell her about your dreams and wishes. Train your intuitions, journal about it and soon you will know what kind of energy you want to put out in the world, what kind of witch you want to be... and once you know that then you can start the research, there is A LOT out there so it's important to follow your intuitions first. If you are made to be a Witch, it is all inside of you already! Sending you my love Sister, let your wonderful journey begin ! 🙏🏻🌙
I finished reading Circe by Madeline Miller yesterday and it was BEAUTIFUL. I love her writing so much and the story is heartbreaking but also encouraging - even with great loneliness one can find love.
Yass witchcraft mix’s are my shit!!! And you’re truly the best at them 💕 I get bored when people use the same classical music and call it a day. You put in a lot of effort, thank you 🪴✨
I've been binging your playlists as I clean, and most times when I clean i get head aches but today I haven't im going to credit your playlists for that
(If you a writer or want to write please continue the story) lily was the most powerful witch in her day and as she was walking off to get some flowers for medicines and such she was stopped by a man who had a dark aura and she knew to be wary "who are you dear gentle one" she asked "why I am only just walking looking for the nearest healer I heard you are the best around here?" He wondered and said aloud with a smirk(now please continue)
To all of my Sisters and Brothers out there: you are magical, you can change the world, you have all the answers already, you just have to search into your heart. Always remember: God's and Godess' love is with you. You can make a difference with the magic energy you exhale. There is magic inside of YOU!!!
Listening to this music makes me feel like having a cup of herbal tea while overlooking the changing leaves of the autumn while listening to Mother Earth’s whispers in the wind.

@@michaelnelson1870 ah yes, then its definitely circe, haha 😅 the painting is the sorceress by william waterhouse: "The Sorceress is a painting by John William Waterhouse completed between 1911 and 1915. It is his third depiction, after Circe Offering the Cup to Ulysses (1891) and Circe Invidiosa (1892), of the Greek mythological character, Circe, and her name is on the back of the canvas. The inclusion of leopards and the loom offer further evidence that the painting is of Circe." www.wikizero.com/en/The_Sorceress
