I already knew how to do this but this video came up in my recommended so here i am! I'm always a sucker for filipino recipies and it always makes me miss home. I remember my dad making this for me every summer when i was a child. It's one of the things i looked forward to the most after softball practice! You guys did a great job! You got a new sub!

You can also put that in a pot and bring it to a very very light simmer then add a little corn starch slurry then pour it into these little thin plastic wrappers and freeze it. We call it Ice Candy here in the Philippines(simpler version of popsicles).

I grew up with this as a kid. My mom and dad are both Filipino, and they always stressed important culture aspects like food and language. I can't speak a lot of Filipino/Taglog but I can translate a good bit of it. ^_^ Love your channel!! Please keep up the Filipino recipes! ^_^

I love this so much!! I'm Hispanic and we make a drink that is kind of like this it's called Jugo De Melon (melon juice) it's exactly like this one except we blend the melon and then we drain it also you and your mom are so beautiful! I'm definitely subscribing

We haave a similar drink in Mexico (Aguas frescas) the name is agua de melon. You can also sweeten the drink wiith honey. Very refreshing and so much healthier than soda

Oh man, you missed out on buko pandan and sago't gulaman! Street vendors usually sell them along with the melon juice. They cart them around in these big jugs surrounded by ice. Great way to beat the heat👌🏼

pampalamig means cooler! :D so any cold fruit juice can be called pampalamig. it can be pandan, or coconut, honeydew, or canteloupe, which is verry popular!

You should cut melon across first for smaller pieces before scraping I watched someone's channel better than that at CHEF M'S KITCHEN she even squeezed the seeds to get more melon juice flavor.
