Very Less Salt No meat, instead eat fatty fish No fastfood/junkfood Less serving of rice (3-4 spoons) every meal No processed food Lastly, eat boiled eggs (2-3 a day) It works on me with no exercise. From 53 to 44 kilos in just 3 mos. Self-control is a must. Btw, Im a girl.

No food "melts" fats. To reduce your weight, don't eat added sugar, processed/can food. AND have a calorie deficts (400 cal?). Eat meals high in protein, fibre and healthy fats, reduce carbs.

Stop eating sugar. I Bin diagnosed diabetes type 1 So i am eating low carb. Lost 50 pounds i a year. Trust me it works

I love all the foods! I eat some regularly, but now I will incorporate fatty fish more often, switch to full-fat greek yogurt instead of non-fat, and add green tea to my daily list. Split peas and chili peppers may be harder to add, but good to know! Thanks!

Yes, mine too, no more digestive issues, no heartburn- I just drink 2Tbsps of red pepper flakes in about 6/8 oz. of warm water, also 1 tsp of powdered ginger. This is especially awesome to drink during fasting. Then I take 1 Tbsps of MCT oil around bedtime, you will lose weight like crazy!!

I’ve been drinking green tea with mint instead of sugar for I’d say at least the last 15 years now I love it I drink it all day long 1 bag of bigelow mint medley to 1 bag of bigelow green tea per cup that’s my recipe.

Katy Hall it is good beats coffee a lot less caffeine and more antioxidants a lot healthier for you remember bigelow green tea 1 bag to 1 bag of bigelow mint medley per cup and don’t get decaf get regular because during the decaffination process they use chemicals to remove the caffeine not only does this also remove a lot of the antioxidants but the chemicals are not natural and it don’t taste as good as regular regular has some caffeine but not as much as coffee so stick to regular it’s all natural.

I've found eggs are the best filling food and there's so many ways to eat them ,scrambled ,boiled and poached not to mention omlette even lightly fried with spray oil ,fully nutritious if eaten for a few days hurray for eggs

Eggs don't fill me at all. I never feel full though as I don't eat enough to make me feel full. If I ate enough to fill me I would put on loads of weight.

I have just compared fat free Greek yoghurt with the normal version, on a supermarket website. Ingredients pretty much the same other than the fat content. Fat free version also has more protein.
