It's fortunate you just do this as a hobby. I don't think anyone could make a living doing it - unless they had the capacity to do it on an industrial basis.

Yeah you couldn’t make a living do it but once you start you just get addicted to it 😂

I think you may have stumbled across a way of making copper bright and shiny. As the reason for the orange is oxygen coating in wax whilst cooling could work they use oil baths on hot steel. Awesome episode

It definitely feel different and it’s definitely got a shiner finish. I might do that from now on

@@meltingipswich looked awesome try copper next week brother because if they come out shiny not oxidised I will be using the same method obviously with your permission awesome just awesome

crazy how little its worth when so much energy goes into processing it. Just re melting it takes so much heating

I melt these tins all the time 😅, my nxt melt I'm gunna try and do bout 5 lbs of pennies

Oh wow be careful as you can get in trouble for melting current coins that are still in circulation but you can melt them for educational purposes
